Open Management Program
This program is aimed at businesses that want to support those who manage projects with a planning, tracking, management reporting tool. The program emphasizes the easy and reliable way to process project data.

Purpose of the Program

The purpose of this program is to acquaint the participants in a project of their interest in utilizing the possibilities of the MS Project software and to equip them with basic project management tools to improve their own and their team’s efficiency.

Program Goals

More specifically, at the end of the program the participants of the project manager program will be able to:
Prepare their file in MS Project.
• Design a comprehensive project baseline and optimize it in terms of time (compression), cost (control by cost account) and resources (resource balancing).
• Track a project, record work progress data, generate cost and time tracking indicators using the earned value method (global project tracking method).
• Calculate and register where necessary the main project monitoring indicators (CPI, SPI, CV, SV) as well as the forecast indicators for the progress of the project (EAC).
• Produce reports that provide a combination of information adapted to the company’s requirements (resource logs, financial data per time period, charts, status reports, progress reports, etc.)
• Tailor software presentations to their own requirements for presentations to stakeholders and management.
• Plan and monitor combined projects.
• Manage project, task and resource calendars.
• Topics can be added after the needs analysis that will precede.

Training method:

The programs are implemented within a structured framework that takes the form of an experiential and practical workshop:
• Each participant works on a real work scenario
• Each participant gets to know their strengths and areas for improvement through a series of tests and exercises
• Each step of the theory is developed briefly and immediately followed by practical exercises from everyone.

Training Duration:
The program is implemented over a 3-day period (total of 24 training sessions).

• Individual folder with an introductory manual of Project management
• Table with all useful formulas
• Complete workbook with numerous exercises and questions
